WHAT HAPPENED?
Per the United have rejected a bid for McTominay from Fulham, while West Ham are weighing up a move to sign Wan-Bissaka. United turned down a £30m ($39m) bid for McTominay from the Hammers last summer and Fulham's offer was worth less than that offer.

McTominay also has interest from Galatasaray, while United hold an option to extend the Scotland international's deal by a further year.
